INDORE: India’s leading software firm, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), looking to start its operations in Indore, has started recruitments for the project. This was informed by a senior TCS official, who was in the city to attend a local event.
Vice-president, TCS, Suresh Mhatre talking to TOI said, “We have already started looking for fresh recruitments at various campuses in the state, including Indore.” Giving the details about TCS’ forthcoming venture in Indore, Mhatre said, “It would be a full-fledged development centre which may comprise a small data centre and a BPO so as to focus software development for export. Nearly 2000-2500 persons are likely to be recruited by the company for its forthcoming Indore venture, which was all set to come up in the Super Corridor area.
